SupaJam has been working with students from
all backgrounds and walks of life for a number of years, and has experience of supporting a wide range of needs.

Our highly trained and caring staff are on hand to help students to overcome barriers and access their learning.

This takes place in an environment in which all students can learn and grow together, no matter their previous experiences in life, and we are proud to integrate all learners in mixed groups based on their ability alone.

We currently provide education for over 100 students, 80% of whom have an Education Health Care Plan.

It's common for our learners to have experienced poor mental health, problems outside of school or college or simply to have lacked the confidence and support needed in a mainstream provision.

Because of this, we tailor our programmes to each individual, offering access to differentiated timetables, additional LSP support, specialist resources and counselling services.

One of our focuses within SupaJam is the growth of each learner as a whole: this means that their education is expanded far beyond the core programmes, into pastoral provision that helps students to work towards specific targets in their provision plans.

We take a holistic approach to education in order to develop both hard and soft skills, and every student is celebrated for their differences without judgement or prejudice.
