Commitment
to Individual Needs
Every student at SupaJam is supported by a dedicated Key Worker who provides pastoral support and specific interventions to help each student meet their individual targets as well as supporting their day-to-day wellbeing.

We support students with a wide range of needs, including neurodiversity, sensory or physical needs, and broader learning differences.
Our inclusive ethos allows us to meet the needs of young people for whom large mainstream settings may not be the right fit.
With a strong focus on the music business, students have space to express themselves creatively.
Our diverse community means individual needs are understood, respected and built into each student’s learning journey.
Our staff are trained to support students both in and out of the classroom, and we work closely with therapists to facilitate services such as speech and language therapy.
Alongside the music curriculum, students develop essential life skills, from personal finance and independence to relationships and wellbeing.
Our PFA syllabus is supported by social activities that build confidence, communication and connection.
