At SupaJam our mission is to help young people to engage and achieve within a safe and inclusive environment.

Being safe at SupaJam is central to everything we do.
SupaJam has been working with students from all backgrounds and walks of life for a number of years, and has experience of supporting a wide range of needs.
Our highly trained and caring staff are on hand to help students to overcome barriers and access their learning.

To achieve this all our staff have a responsibility to safeguard all our students under the guidance of our Designated Safeguarding Leads in each base and our Director of Safeguarding, Hannah Goslett.
Everyone receives regular online and face-to-face training, as well as receives updates regarding legislation and best practice by the Safeguarding Team.

Michael Coltham
Michael is a former Detective Chief Inspector with Kent Police. As a member of our Advisory Board overseeing Safeguarding Michael constantly challenges and supports the Safeguarding team offering real world advice and best practice.
